"Amazing PALs team at CUH"

About: Croydon University Hospital

(as a relative),

After having an issue with my grandparents appointment with much confusion and upset I contacted the PALs team at Croydon. They were kind, caring and only too happy to help. 

The kind and considerate member of staff (SM) dealt with my issue compassionately and swiftly. 

My whole family now feels completely reassured and in safe hands for my grandfathers treatment at Croydon. 

A massive thank you to all the team for your superb work during a pressured and difficult time!
