(as a parent/guardian),

Last week despite covid concerns I took my 8 month old to A and E at Monklands. The staff were fantastic. Efficient checking for covid symptoms. Seen very quickly by a nurse who assessed my son and advised she would have us seen by a colleague in case any treatment was needed. Thankfully we just needed some advice and were home within 90 minutes of arriving. The whole team are a credit to the NHS and put a very worried mum at ease
