Doctor's referral to private hospital Exeter Medical Ltd for excision of lesion on right nasal bridge.
In February 2020, I was referred to Exeter Medical Ltd by my GP for the diagnosis and treatment of a lesion to the right bridge of my nose. My GP practice (Haldon House Surgery, Exmouth) not only referred me quickly and promptly, but the treatment I received from Exeter Medical Ltd was outstanding; the staff were friendly, supportive and helpful. The treatment given to me was thorough and patient-centred. Furthermore, my treatment was also completed before my initial appointment was due to commence. Parking was free and readily available. The environment was very clean and tidy. Reception was friendly and helpful. The appointment was honoured and completed on schedule. My results and follow-up information was also prompt and provided on time. The removal of my stitches was also completed by my GP nurse practitioner within the given time frame and done with the greatest care.
