"I didn't feel stupid"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I gained access to Six Degrees through my GP. My therapist really made me feel listened to and not like I was been stupid, which is exactly how I felt at the time. She was really lovely, I felt I could get things off my chest. If I needed to use the service again I would without a doubt.
