About: University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

Upon arrival I was greeted by the loveliest blonde lady , I think Linda , who made me feel completely at ease .

I was so worked up thinking I was wasting NHS time ... 

I was them met  By Staff Nurse Carol Ann who was also incredibly kind and amazing !

What a lovely lovely girl and so suited to her job title .

My care was 1st class and I cannot thank both girls enough for there care 

Carol Ann you are amazing , thank you again so so much for your Kindness and concern...

I have broken my shoulder ...

I will be most definitely be sharing my story ... 

I LOVE THE NHS ....

I'm sorry to hear about your injury; I was going to say I hope you're taking it easy, but only if that doesn't contravene any treatment or mobilisation advice you might have been given!

Thanks for taking the time to feedback about the service and care you received, both the ladies mentioned will be delighted and so will the rest of the team. Whilst your clinical treatment is obviously important, so is the welcome and communication you receive from staff from your arrival to departure. I'm delighted we got this right for you.

Good luck with your recuperation and rehabilitation.
