About: Musgrove Park Hospital / Cardiology South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust / Emergency ambulance

(as the patient),

I was taken ill at work in April 

Paramedics arrived and quickly and got me to A&E

I had gone into complete Heart block by the time we had arrived the whole team worked extremely hard and I was given CPR 3 times my organs failed but they fought and brought me back I was put on a ventilator and dialysis and taken to ICU when I was woken up 2 days later the Drs nurses and everyone were amazed I had pulled through and didn’t have any kind of brain damage.

I continued my stay for the next10 days I cannot thank all the team that helped me enough I would not be here today if it wasn’t for you all .

I am also very honoured that you asked me if you could use my records for training purposes which I am happy for you to do especially if it helps save more lives 

I am forever in your debt Thankyou all again the NHS are amazing people all of you are so dedicated to what you do.
