(as the patient),

I recently spent 4 days in the Pembroke Ward recovering after undergoing a catheter procedure.   I would like to praise the nurses on that ward for taking such good and professional care of me and it's quite clear that they all work so hard whilst on their shifts.   I would also like to single out one nurse in particular, "Elizabeth".   This lovely lady has a soft spoken but very reassuring tone to her voice.   Elizabeth was always there to listen and was very proactive in that she would stop by just to make sure I was comfortable and didn't require anything else several times during her shift.   I would like her outstanding professionalism to be recognized by the Hospital.
