About: Harborough Field Surgery

Noticed there is on average 100 people not turning up each month which could of been used by someone else , this makes waiting 30minutes from 8am waiting to get through to be told no appointments available, I have how ever found a way to bypass this go down there at 7.45 am and wait until the doors open at 8am and guess what you can get appointment straight away .

The reason the phones are not being answered it's because the staff are seeing the walk in customer first .

Web site pointless as it's always showing 5 weeks to see someone and now for some reason just shows up no appointments available at all .

Also can the staff please smile as they come across so unwilling to help and hearing them on the phone to customers is in professional as every one can here them

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We have amended our booking protocol and we no longer encourage patients to attend the surgery at 8am for an appointment, and we ask that you telephone instead. We are sorry you find our staff unwilling to help, this is certainly not the case however your feedback will be shared with the practice team.
