"E-Consult - ineffective "

About: St Andrews Medical Practice.

Logged symptoms on E-Consult, advised a clinician would review my symptoms and a doctor would either ring me back or the surgery would email me. Received a email reply two days later advising me to contact the surgery to make an appointment with a doctor. I telephoned the surgery and was advised they had not appointments left for that day. I just need to keep trying at 8.30 each morning. I work full time and find it difficult to ring at precisely 8.30am. E-Consult was a total waste of time. I should have just telephoned the surgery first !

This is another useless idea !!!! I’ve wasted at least 3 days of my life awaiting a reply !!!
