Thank you to the single point of access/ hospice at home team for your support during my beloved Mum's palliative care.  A special thank you to Maeve for your kindness on the night my Mum passed away and for arranging for the doctor to confirm her death.  I will always be grateful to you.

It is good to hear that the SPA and Hospice at Homes teams were able to support your Mum and yourself at what I am sure was a difficult time. Your comment about the kindness and support Maeve provided on the night your Mum sadly died reminds us all how the actions of a healthcare professional can remain in the memory of the receipients. We have passed your words onto Maeve.
