Having been put on medication for the rest of my life for M/S l was told how important it is to take my medication regularly. A repeat prescription would be organised by the hospital yearly and sent to Alcura for delivery every two months.
Not having heard from Alcura for my regular two month delivery, I called them to find out why? I was told that they haven’t received the prescription!
After trying to get hold of my M/S nurse unsuccessfully for two weeks, l thought, what should I do now?
I then remember our M/S nurse who organises our coffee mornings once a month, Bhawani at Edgware Hospital.
I called Bhawani and explained the problem and in no time she had got it sorted out for me.
I would just like to say how professional and efficient she is.
Also I would like to mention the coffee mornings she organises for us, how interesting and helpful they are, with many professionals and speakers, she manages to get hold of, discussing many different subjects.
Once again I would like to Thank Bhawani very much for her help and professionalism.
