I was admitted to orthopedic d7 West and I feel that the way I was treated was disgusting. I felt that I was being put down and was made to feel awful by a member of staff. I was not offered pain relief and wasn't offered underwear even tho I had bladder problem and asked twice for some. I wasn't offered tea I had to wait 9 hours for a MRI and wasn't even given obs. I ended up walking out because of the way staff talked to me. Would I go there again - never in a million years.
