Thank you to all at Kings Norton Surgery, particularly to the Doctor who responded to my case over the telephone - prompt transfer from the receptionist, then very sympathetic, prompt and correct diagnosis of my hand problem and speedy next steps, leading to an X-Ray appointment (downloadable from my phone) at the local hospital (broken bones in hand) that very same day :-)
