"My pregnancy termination and how I was treated"

The first nurse I had was really lovely and was explaining to me the procedures, was very caring and very comforting. 

However I felt that the second staff member was really horrible and mean to me, during my scan using a raised voice because I wasn’t completely still because I was crying, kept getting frustrated with me because I felt overwhelmed and didn’t help to calm me down but instead made me feel like I was to blame.

At the end of the scan, this staff several times said that I didn't “look my age“. I was 18 at the time, now I’m 19 looking back now I wish I had complained because I don’t think such a inconsiderate manner is appropriate at an abortion clinic .
