"Quality of care"

I was recently admitted and discharged from ward 15. I wanted to express my thanks to the staff that looked after me. The care I received was outstanding. I was in a side room, but was never forgotten. My thanks go to Sr Griffiths for the care she provided, it’s a skill to make someone smile when you’re feeling unwell, she was always a pleasure to speak with and she spent time to listen. Again, my thanks also go to Carlos, again for the help and support he provided. However, one person the really made me smile was D. Her quick Witt, humour and general caring nature first things in the morning will never be forgotten, a true often forgotten star.  My thanks go to all the nursing staff.
