Thank you very much for taking the time to leave us a review. It is good to know that you think it is a great surgery! Regarding appointments with doctors it has certainly been challenging for a while to recruit doctors (this is a national problem) but we have been able to maintain the number of appointments we offer. You will however notice some new faces around the practice as we have recently employed two new doctors and have another three likely to be on the way! Regarding info given about care I don't know if you mean during a consultation with a doctor (we constantly have educational and updating sessions so hopefully we are constantly improving in this regard) or whether it is info on care services available at the practice - our website is packed with information on this and is certainly worth looking at to find out about things we do and ways of getting help.
