"Much better than a year ago"

I rang up for a telephone consultation in the morning and got one .Instead of having to wake up at just past midnight to book one as was the practice last year , unfortunately I missed the 2 phone calls I received due to issue with my phone , Last year this would have resulted in me having to try again just after midnight the next day , To my surprise I rang the receptionist to tell her I was sorry I had missed the calls and she arranged for a doctor to ring me within 10 mins .I couldn’t then make it to the surgery that day so he gave me a great diagnosis over the phone ,and then even more to my surprise arranged a consultation at the surgery for a weeks time and offered me various times , this is all’s massive change from before , Welldone St Luke’s surgery
