"Worst ever GP, do not recommend at all. "

I’ve been registered to this GP for 5 years now and not once have I had a positive experience. I need appointments regularly and I can never get through to them whenever I call, I am on hold for over an hour when it says my position in the queue is 1... makes no sense! So so frustrating especially with my work hours, they are not your normal 9-5 and I’ve explained that to them but they don’t accommodate sadly. Furthermore, the reception staff are so rude and blunt. They are not helpful in any way, I’ve asked to make a complaint several times and they never call me back or allow me to make a complaint. They hardly ever have female staff available and when I’m forced to see a male doctor, they don’t even have a female chaperone so then the male drs decide they won’t examine me without a chaperone. This has happened too many times and is not acceptable as numerous times I’ve needed physical examination and have been diagnosed wrongly on too many occasions. Not happy at all and I will be changing surgeries. It’s sad as I’ve picked this GP specifically based on their wonderful reviews but sadly I have not yet experienced any positive experiences in all the 5 years I’ve had here. Honestly there’s no point trying to even call them as I will be on hold for another hour or so.
