I have been lucky enough to have been with this practice when it was originally in Holland Park Avenue. The service here is outstanding. All the doctors are excellent. Kind, patient and informative. You never feel rushed. I have a few complex health issues but have nothing but excellent care from this practice. They always liase well with the appropriate specialist hospital teams

The reception staff know many of the patients by name and are very patient and kind with elderly patients. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and they offer an urgent access appointment or call back everyday. The hours are great with 1/2 evenings the surgery being open later.

I feel so lucky to be a patient here. I can’t recommend them highly enough.
