"Customer service nightmare"

Possibly the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Rude telephone manner. Continues conversation with someone else whilst on telephone. Disrespectful tone of voice never smiles or even appears interested in information being given.

Surgery is a shambles old posters falling off wall, 6 patients have failed to turn up for appointments since the poster was put up years ago. Always appears dirty too many scraps of paper blobs of old blue tac left on walls, absolutely no pride in the working environment. No where ever appears tidy I appreciate that this environment attracts paper but this should also have a filing system no information appears secure.

Always told surgery is packed but when you get there you are the only one there ! You are ignored on arrival by the barrier of glass and yet again more scraps of paper of information that's out of date ripped and generally unacceptable

Surgery needs a new broom and a shake up
