"Outstanding service by the Nurse"

I just wanted to put in writing the excellent service I received from the Nurse. There was a little mix up on the day in question 4th July, I was supposed to be seen by another nurse but due to unforeseen circumstances I was asked if I could go to the Freshfield surgery. Again a slight mix-up when I got to this surgery but the Nurse was so apologetic and made me feel relaxed that she was able to fit me in, as I didn't want to make a further appointment. Also the Nurse had to fit in many unexpected patients on the day from the other surgery. Her professionalism is beyond reproach. I was already anxious about the appointment but I certainly had no need to be. I have also seen prior to this appointment the Dr who too was just wonderful. I cannot praise the staff enough, the dedication and professionalism is excellent. We are new to the Formby area and certainly choose our practice well. thank you all
