"Good surgery shame about one of the nurses"

I have been at this surgery for a number of years all appointments with gps have been great for me and my family. Receptionist are helpful and accommodating. However my experiences with one particular nurse is very poor. She is condescending and rude. I try to avoid appointments with her however sometimes inevitable. This seems to be a running trait in the reviews. Hopefully Parbold surgery will address this or hopefully get another nurse!

I would like to thank you for your kind comments regarding the GP's and the staff members and I will pass on your remarks to them.
Regarding your experience with the practice nurse I must apologise if you feel that at any time the service we provide is poor. I will speak to the nurse regarding your comments as soon as possible. Our aim here at Parbold is to make all our patients feel they are getting the best service available to them. Rest assured that I will look into your remarks and if you want to get in touch with me please feel free to give me a ring or come into the surgery and ask to see me. Jackie Practice Manager
