"There's no appointments available so don't bother…"

About: Charlton Medical Practice

My partner found a lump on his testical and was referred for a ultrasound scan. The appointment took 4 weeks to come through and the procedure was done at the hospital. The results were then sent back to the gp who never got in touch with him! A few weeks later we have rang Charlton medical centre for an appointment to discuss these results and to arrange for further treatment (which the consultant said was needed) the receptionist has told us there is NO appointments or telephone appointments for 2 weeks! So we now have to wait 2 weeks just to discuss the results and then probably another 2 weeks to get an actual appointment with the GP who needs to administer this treatment. Poor service on every level. Would not recommend this practice
