"budget more important of the health"

I used this GP for almost 4 years and I did not have problems.

In the last year I had a problem and they were not able to solve it.

I had to pay private to make investigation, because for them I could live with it.

I am a tax payer, and my body is important. My GP should help me to live well.

Sadly, I will change GP because I am paying taxes for a service, and I am not receiving what I need.

the fact is: I have a physical problem for 2 years, they did not solve it and they are not giving the opportunity to solve it.

very disappointed.
