"Not enough out of hours for working patients "

About: Shadbolt Park House Surg

Surgery was good but gone rapidly downhill.

The only late evening is Monday and you are lucky to get the appointments. Early appointments hard to get, I think earliest is 9am. Not ideal if you work in London.

Don’t be fooled that later appointments available at ‘hub’ surgeries. These doctors can’t refer, so no good if you don’t know what’s wrong with you.

If you need early / late appointments to fit in with a working day this isn’t the surgery for you.

I am really sorry to hear that you have encountered problems with our surgery, yes you are right we only provide one late night here at Shadbolt but we do offer a HUB service that all our patients can use, this is done by contacting the surgery and we will offer you the next available appointment and let you know where this will be. This service is available every evening and weekends. The Hub Doctors can refer by contacting the patients GP. If you would like to discuss this matter further please contact Nicola Quinlan Practice Manager or Lesley Reddy Assistant Practice Manager.
