"An efficient, professional and caring experience."

About: Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital

What I liked

My husband had a cardiac catheterisation on the 7 August at the QEQM hospital (which is a dual sex unit). The staff on duty that day were professional and kind; and within that combination, very reassuring for one very nervous patient. The unit had a quiet, efficient atmosphere which I think added to the reassurance for my husband, especially as a rather serious diagnosis was made and further treatment is required. The staff who cared for my husband were the highlight of my husband's stay. Excellent ambassadors for the nursing profession and Margate hospital. I would be grateful if you could ensure our appreciation reaches those who need to be made aware of our thanks.
