Am 38 years old and in all my year's I only lived on own for only 1 half a year brought from that I been in mental care home n hospital since 2000. I had a family breaktime I been bad with my mental issues since 13 I been in same mental service since 2000, I watch a lot of mental health nurse careers all my life so had a lot of workers in my life.

Now I have the most amazing mental health worker Sandra. I picked your myself as now I live in the community on own for 4 years n the 1st winter was the snow from the beast n she helped me load's as I went back in a home but only for 6 day's as I got physical issue n learning issue and I struggle every single winter time as I can't walk in frost ice n wind. but since that bad winter not been back in care since.

And thats thanks to the work Sandra have done she  comes to my house every 2 weeks n spend a bit time with me which I really look forward to as get no visitor even tho keep on top of house work and am and she takes me to my hospital appointment which I struggle with due to learning issue and I got sleep apnea n am obse.

My biggest problem is my sleep condition and with Sandra help I think u as now since 2014 when found out I got it I am now sleeping better not a lot 4 hours a night as she have sorted my meds out n on the right ones now which keeping me settled n with be obese

The biggest best thing in the whole wide world she have do is managed to get me a disabled double solid bed with my health issues and I can't thank Sandra enough.

As I help out at a local football club I do drama go to two groups do writing for Durham county council safeguard made a safeguard booklet n it getting printed by safeguard team and do all that on own for 4 years n now I never want to die as am loving it so I would like to know in any way Sandra can have a award as I have come a long way under her and there even people In same team as hers that I remember from 2000 thanks for reading my story hope u can help stay safe please thank u
