"Awful"

What I liked

Came onto the ward to find our toilet was blocked and pebble dashed. No soap to wash hands in sink which was ironic given the nhs sign detailing how to thoroughly wash your hands. Dentist argued with me about an implant I had which cannot be removed. I told them that at the consult. Dusty dirty floors. Murky walls. Woke up to see a nice cobwebbed dusty lampshade...filthy place.

Went home afterwards and bathed in hibiscrub....

What could be improved

Clearly cleaners are needed. Cleaners who arnt pays 2p an hour and will do a good job.

Anything else?

Waited 6 years to have treatment.
