"First chemotherapy treatment."

About: Forth Valley Royal Hospital / Oncology unit

(as the patient),

I would like to say thanks again to FVRH and ifs amazing staff. I had my first chemotherapy treatment for bladder cancer this week (late April 2020). This being the first of six treatments, I was nervous about it but I was made to feel at ease. The nurses talked through everything beforehand and the were really supportive at every step of the treatment. Thank you very much Marie-anne, Linda and Leslie in the oncology ward.

On behalf of the urology nursing team and oncology team can I thank you for your kind words. I am delighted to hear that your experience was positive at such a difficult time and I have passed your message on to the staff.
