My referral to the Diabetes service took 2 weeks, although I did not have a choice of location or services. My first impression of the healthcare centre was impressive and I found the staff helpful and kind. However I was unable to find the car park. I think there is a lack of signs and could do with a map.

Many thanks for taking the time to place your positive feedback of your experiences of our Clinical Assessment Services, this will be passed onto the relevant staff.

Your comments on the signage to the facility, are currently being addressed by our Buildings Manager and I am quite happy to post an update ,once we are in a position to provide further detail.
