"Problems with on line repeat prescription log in."

When on Lister house surgery Hatfield website there is no obvious local log in. Whatever I try it takes me back to general NHS site as if I was trying to register for the first time! In the end I usually finish phoning in and the receptionist books the prescription rather than showing me where to log in ( it is quicker ), so the electronic service due to bad programming actually wastes time instead of saving. Please alter the website so that there is obvious direct link!
