CAS service is great, it's just a shame it has taken forever...

(as the patient),

I’ve had several problems with the referrals, mainly because the GP had not processed it. The referral took over 2 months, although the receptionist did offer me lots of different times and dates, but I had to keep chasing my doctor to do something quicker.

The building is fine, clean and tidy. The CAS service is great, it is just a shame that my doctor has taken forever to sort it out because it really does make the difference.
