"Unclean wards, beds, wash rooms and floors at Aintree Hospital"

About: University Hospital Aintree

(as the patient),

I went to Aintree Hospital in Liverpool and went to ward 28, 26 and 1(clinic E). I received treatment for internal abscesses.

The medical care and nursing care were very good. They were efficient, considerate and respectful. Information and decision making were shared appropriately and I was not kept waiting.

What could have been better was the cleanliness of the wards, the beds, the wash rooms and the floors. I felt it was very poor.

I would like to thank Dr O'Donnell at Wingate Medical Centre and Miss Slawik, the Consultant in E clinic.
