Choose and book is a lottery, we do not know which consultant we are to see and are only presented with a 'choice' of dates/times for one week. No option to choose a later week unless I suspect we leave the choosing for a few weeks.

At QMC times for outpatient departments are still too long, I have to wait 7 weeks for an ENT appointment - it had better be a good experience when I get there for all this waiting time! Information re appointments is lacking and I still after 3 weeks from 'choice' have not received a confirmation letter or anything from QMC. I know or think I know I have a appointment on such a date and time but confirmation is important to us. Do not blame the GPs for their clinical notes they are quick, the hold up seems to be at QMC.
