"Inability to book appointments and see a GP"

Brixton Hill Practice has been my GP for more than 25 years, The availability of services has deteriorated steadily, to the point that my working assumption is that I will not be able to get an appointment at a time when I can actually attend. The practice of offering appointments on the day of request only is ludicrous - I have a job to worry about, so I would much rather pre-book. Overall, the quality of service provided by this GP is poor.
