"Cleanliness"

My daughter was in hospital recently, for at least four days there was no hand rub at the entrances to the ward and there were two points available. I mentioned this fact a member of staff and it felt like you wish you had not bothered as there seemed to be nobody interested.

Also my daughter was in a side ward. A care assistant came to take her blood pressure and she dropped a plastic cap on the floor. That stayed there for the rest of the following six days she was there. Needless to say the room was never cleaned out.
