"treatment left my daughter in tears"

My daughter attended an appointment for a repeat prescription for oral contraception. Was told that she had high blood pressure and that the Dr would not now prescribe her the pill. When she asked what she should do re contraception she was told 'don't have sex' . She said you are joking are you not going to offer me any advice or alternatives. The Dr said she should take more exercise to which she replied I go to the gym 3 times a week. He said well if you think you are fit then that's your decision. He said well you are not getting the pill from me. She was left in tears no information about her blood pressure and no information on alternatives for contraception. Totally rude and made my daughter a 27 year old woman feeling humiliated and demeaned.
