My father has just returned home after a two week stay here following a week in hospital. On arrival, we were all made welcome and Dad's comfort and preferences were priorities. His room and en suite were spotless, tasteful and comfortable. The whole place was more like a hotel than a care home! The staff were cheerful, caring and professional. Nothing was too much trouble. While it was hard not to be able to visit during the second week due to coronavirus lockdown, we were reassured to know he was in such good hands. Thank you all so, so much.
