"Great Services and Staff Members"

I had some major concerns about my sexual health. This was during the period of the cornavircus and I could not thank the staff members of the barking community hospital on the sexual health staff for looking after me and caring for me in a way they did. I had difficulty trying to find a way to leave the house because my parents wouldn’t let me do so because of the fright of COVID-19. The doctors got me an emergency appointment and everything was already set up before I got there. They made me feel comfortable about the situation and got the medication and treatment over and done with. They explained everything to me and it made my anxiety calm down as it was going through the roof. I could of literally cried because it was so over whelming but I kept strong and they helped me through the whole way. I could not say thank you enough. They were excellent, organised, lovely, caring and friendly and most of all not judgmental. Or look at me in any other way they were more than understanding. Keep on doing what your doing you are both extremely amazing. Also thank you to the receptionist ladies who were friendly and welcoming and got my appointments sorted and welcomed me through the door. All lovely staff who I met on 3rd April at 15:45pm. Thank you all.
