Was overwhelmed with high levels of anxiety to point I was unable to function on a daily basis my only hope of surviving a day without self harm was to turn to turning point for support. It was my lifeline, people there are extremely supportive, caring and understanding. They help you identify your strengths as well as listen to your thoughts.

I’d recently been supported by Andrew, he’s extremely understanding shows empathy and extremely knowledgeable on mental health. Andrew on several occasions has supported me through times I didn’t know where to turn to. After intense listening and helping me explore options to help me through a difficult time I’d be able to somehow survive yet another day without harming myself I can wholeheartedly say turning point for me is a lifeline in times of struggling with my mental health.
