Attended for my 20 week scan which had to be delayed due to isolation after my partner having a cough. I was very anxious and worried and all staff were warm and welcoming even in this crisis. You could see the place and the staff kept everything clean at all times and the waiting room was set up for appropriate distancing. It made me feel very safe and happy to be there despite having to go alone which is completely understandable in the current circumstances. My midwife sonographer was amazing and reasssured me greatly during what is a really anxious and stressful time for all expectant mothers. I cannot thank her enough. What a difference a good experience makes.

Hello Sc19,

Thank you for taking the time to share this lovely post with us. It is fantastic to read that staff made you feel safe and happy during your visit and that your midwife sonographer looked after you so well.

I am sorry that you were not able to attend with someone, but I'd like to thank you for being so understanding, it is much appreciated. It was not an easy decision to suspend visiting but one taken to protect patients, the public and our staff.

Thank you again for taking the time to share your feedback. I will pass your very kind words on to the service - I'm sure they will be delighted to receive them!
