I was a patient on ward F3 at the Royal Bolton Hospital, as I was having some problems with my stomach which needed treatment. I found the standard of care to be very good - when I asked questions they were always answered, and whenever i needed anything it was never too much trouble for the doctors or nursing staff.
The only thing which could have been better is the food.
I would like to thank all staff on the ward, as well as my own GP Dr I.D. Caldwell.

We're pleased to know that your care was of a high standard and that the staff were helpful - we will pass your remarks to F3. As for the food, we are sorry you did not enjoy this. We do carry out satisfaction surveys and while we can't always meet everyone's preferences, most of our patients say they are happy with the catering.
