"My MS Nurse Bhawani."

About: Edgware Community Hospital / Neurological Rehabilitation Centre

(as the patient),

I contacted her by text and she replied to me within ten minutes concerning my worries about my sense of smell and taste.

I was worried that I may have the Coronavirus. Bhawani then asked me if I had anymore symptoms, when I told her no she said that it was more than likely to be my MS.

Thank you for your positive feedback and using the link for care opinion to share your story with us.

It was really hard to advise you on your query as those symptoms you reported to me are quiet common in people with MS and also in Covid -19 therefore I had liaised with our consultant, and then provided you with the relevant advice, I hope you remain well.

However please any query related to the COVID -19 please also contact the COVID advise line and use 111.

Please contact the NRC team or myself for query relating to MS.
