I had an appointment with a practice for a B12 injection, given that the Corona virus had started to spread significantly when this appointment was due I wasn't sure if they would still see me.
I received a phone call from nurse in advance to reassure me that they would still see me for this appointment and were taking measures to ensure that the waiting area would be safe even for higher risk patients such as me.
I only had to wait a couple of minutes before the appointment, it went well, quick and painless, she organised me a further appointment for the future. A friendly helpful reassuring service.
