"Attended nurse led hysteroscopy clinic"

I was very anxious prior to attending. The whole team, nursing assistant, staff nurses,  and ANP were absolutely first class. They were highly professional but friendly, they understood my anxiety and helped calm my nerves. They were caring and compassionate. The ANP Michelle explained everything fully before and after the procedure. I had a sense that she is very passionate about what she does and has the best interests of her patients at heart. She explained everything n terminology I could easily understand but at no time was she patronising.

There was a degree of pain during the procedure but the whole team talked me through it the whole time and were very attentive.

I was very impressed by the professionalism and genuine compassion displayed by this team.
