From the start of the procedure Pamela and Jennifer were so welcoming and put me completely at ease.   Pamela explained everything she was going to do at every step along the way.   The procedure was painless and quick.   These two nurses are so friendly and professional and they  are a credit to the NHS.

It really is lovely to hear your kind and thoughtful words, it does make a world of difference when you come to hospital and are made to feel welcome and put at ease, it makes for a much more pleasant and hopefully more relaxed experience.

We really are so very fortunate at NHS Forth Valley to have such dedicated and caring staff. I would like to assure you your feedback has been shared directly with Pamela and Jennifer and the wider team, it really dose make a difference to staff hearing from their patients and families.

I am glad you felt at ease with Jennifer and I when having this procedure carried out. I shall let Jennifer know about this feed back it is always nice to know our patients have felt comfortable throughout there visit.
