"Very efficient service"

My 80 year old uncle phoned the practice this morning as he has one of his regular bouts of bronchitis. He was called back within 10 minutes by a doctor who prescribed over the phone based on his history. He was very impressed with the service. He asked me to collect the prescription for him, and when I had trouble at the pharmacy I ended up calling the practice again. The receptionist I spoke to sorted that problem out with excellent efficiency, giving me the EPS code which the pharmacist used to download the prescription. I can't recommend them highly enough
