Started with: FEAR

STUCK     =  ADDICTED   =  DEPRESSED      =   CONFUSED     =   ISOLATED     =   HOPELESS       =   EMPTY

Worked towards: Love

 which led to:

PROGRESSING   =   WHOLE     =  CONTENTED     =  CLARITY     =  CONNECTED     =   OPTIMISTIC    =   FULFILLED

Attending groups and receiving support from Inclusion Basingstoke has transformed my ability to cope with internal feelings, old and new, and cope with external circumstances, reacting objectively with a newfound wisdom. I have learnt a great deal about myself, enabling me to better cater my lifestyle to my unique set of needs and abilities, thus wholesomely filling the voids in my existence which I have previously addressed by using drugs. I have consistently been made to feel welcome at Inclusion, staff are always helpful and willing to offer support whenever I walk through the door. I now feel confident about my drug-free future and feel empowered to fulfill my potential in all areas of my life.

I’d like to take this opportunity to thank and congratulate the facilitator of the IRP Core group, he was first class, wise, empathetic, caring, confident, enlightening, dedicated and inspiring.

He fostered an environment conducive to sharing and growing as people and was always flexible in his approach to cater to user’s needs and circumstances.
