I visited on an early Saturday morning having fallen down the stairs and broke my collar bone and right. I was seen very quickly and given pain relief immediately and I was xrayed and seen by a doctor and couldn't be more happy with the way I was treated. I have been to fracture clinic a few times since and they are all amazing and helpful and explain everything and answered my concerns.
