(as a service user),

The Family Footprints group has given me the confidence to move forward with my life, it's also helped with coping mechanisms, breathing exercises.   Without this group I don't think I'd be where I am now.   Thank you so much to both Sarah and Gemma.

Thank you for your recent post. I am delighted that you have found the Family Footprints group such a rewarding and beneficial experience and that you have been able to learn coping mechanisms to support you in your recovery.
